Anna Zinstein was born to a family of artists in Leningrad in 1986.

She studied painting in St Petersburg Palace of the Youths’ Art and in School of Art #1.

In 2008 she graduated from St Petersburg Theatre Art Academy, department of scene design and stage technology. Specialized as a stage artist and designer.

Designed theatre scenery, decorated events and concerts, illustrated books (fairy-tales, poems).

Participated in making student movies at University of Cinema and Television as costume director and art director.

Her works are in collections in St Petersburg, Moscow, Canada, Israel, France, and England.

Participated in collective shows in St Petersburg.

June 2009 – solo show at Bashnya Gallery, St Petersburg.

At present lives and works in two cities: Toronto (Canada) and St Petersburg.
