Nayil Sagirov was born in Ivanovo in 1961, in 1972-1976 studied in Ivanovo artistic highschool, in 1973-1975 - in V.A.Fedorov (people’s artist of the USSR) studio, in 1976-1980 - in the Ivanovo Art College.
The creative dreams of Nayil Sagirov are wide-ranging and large-scaled. Among them is travelling all round the world, re-visiting Paris, Venice, Rome, London. Pushkinskye Gory also occupy an important place in the planned pilgrimage.
The artistic life of Nayil Sagirov started from his open-air paintings in the village of Avdotyino.
The well-known landscape artist V.A.Fedorov taught him to see the vague beauty of a wide river overflow, of the nacreous glitter of a spring road.
Later, in the Academy of Fine Arts, the outstanding artist I. G. Uralov told him: "the laws of composition are to be the foundation not only of pictures, but of life itself".
Creative process has always attracted Nayil by its unpredictability, the unexpectedly caught harmony of color sound causing the sensation of happiness in one’s soul.
The exhibition of Nayil Sagirov in the famous gallery "Borey" has come true due to the desire of the author to express his new strivings, ideas, colours.
